COffee. is. Life! lately, I go for 3 half hours walks every day with a little red notebook. (morning, after lunch and a little before bed.)Let me tell you, I get some of my best ideas while dodging runners and waiting at the cross walk. There's just something about letting blood flow through your body that nourishes the mind.
